In an attempt to have some order about the Support a WAHP Facebook page, we’re introducing a new process for posting on the wall. In the past, the wall has been to open to all businesses to post their details on any day but the new process involves businesses only posting on the wall for the day that relates to their business type. In order for this to work properly, there are certain rules you must abide by to be fair to all other businesses so your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
1. Only post on the day that corresponds with your business type. If your business fits into more than one category, you must choose which suits your business best and only post on that day. You’re welcome to include your other products in that one post.
2. If you’re unsure of which category your business falls into, email us the details of your business and we will advise the most suitable category.
3. Shoutouts are not guaranteed every day. They will only be given when the page administrators have the time to do them and within the order they were posted. Shoutouts will only be given to the businesses who fall into that days category. (Please don’t ask or beg for a shoutout!)
4. Please only mention your business once on your given day.
5. Slandering another business name will NOT be tolerated. Any posts on the wall of this nature will be removed immediately, no questions asked. If you have a problem with another business, email info@supportawahp.com
6. If your business has a Facebook page or group, please add the proper URL or @tag in your post so we don’t need to go searching for it. Remember to make your URL ‘clickable’ by adding the http:// in front.
7. Since the Facebook Promotions Guidelines clearly states that you cannot administer a competition or promotion that users automatically enter by becoming a fan of your Page, we will not be mentioning such competitions in our status updates.
