INVOICING
Invoicing runs on a calendar month schedule (from the first to the last day of the month), not from when your invoice is paid or from when you initially contacted me. New advertisements will not appear on the website until the first day of the month and only if full payment has been received. If you’re purchasing an ‘In the Spotlight’ Interview, your interview will not be published until full payment has been received. A PDF invoice will be issued via email when you request an advertising term.
ADVERTISING TERMS
Invoicing monthly becomes a tedious task, not only for myself but also for you the advertiser so we’ve decided that only 3 or 6 month terms will be available. This also makes sure your ad receives a great amount of coverage before the end of your term. Due to the volume of businesses wishing to advertise on our website, we can only accept a maximum advertising term of 6 months. Once the 6 month term has been reached, that advertisers position becomes available to a new advertiser. This makes it fair for everyone to have a chance at advertising since we only have a limited amount of spots available.
AVAILABLE SPOTS
To give our advertisers the best coverage for their advertisement, we can only offer a limited amount of spaces in the Sidebar (x40) and Top Banner (x4) spots and only x1 Business of the Month each month. There is an unlimited amount of ‘In the Spotlight’ interviews available though.
WEBSITE TRAFFIC
For an up-to-date report on our website traffic, please email me and I will send you a copy of the report in PDF format.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We currently only accept direct deposit or Paypal. Both of these details will be on the invoice.
CANCELLATION
After the completion of your advertising term you feel like it isn’t generating you enough business, you can cancel it (and you still get a mention in the WAHP Directory!)
