Christmas 2011, Support a WAHP gave our followers and advertisers the opportunity to showcase their products and services in “A WAHPing Christmas” e-magazine.
The magazine was produced to:
- Raise the profile of the home-based business sector in Australia.
- Offer WAHPs an opportunity for recognition and acknowledgement.
- Encourage consumers to support home-based businesses over Christmas.
- Offer WAHPs valuable resources and information.
- Celebrate our WAHP community’s achievements.
In the magazine we showcased our Top WAHPs as nominated and voted for by you in a special In The Spotlight Showcase and we also featured articles by home based and small business gurus:
- Pinky Mackay, entrepreneur, speaker, author, mother, grandmother and parenting expert!
- Alli Price founder of Motivating Mum
- Sam Leader co-author of Flying Solo, how to go it alone in business and Editor of Flying Solo-the website
- Karen Gunton, founder of build a little biz and smile. play. love.
- Amanda Foy, founder of Foyster’s Communications.
The e-magazine went viral in it’s first week on Facebook and had 20630 page views in just one month.

Full page: a4 size 210mm w X 297mm h with an extra 3mm bleed (for images that go to the edge of the page) Price: $250
Half page: 210mm w X 148mm h with an extra 3mm bleed. $125
Quarter page: 105mm w X 148mm h with an extra 3mm bleed. $60
1/8th page: 105mm w x 74mm h with an extra 3mm bleed. $30
- All ads will have direct clickable links to websites and or email addresses.
- The magazine will be downloadable and shareable and will be in a virtual flipable magazine layout.
- First in first serve in relation to placement within the magazine. Ie. The earlier you book, the better placement (ie. In first few pages of the magazine or next to an article that relates to your business).

- $65 per ad fee for us to design your ad for you (images and logos supplied by you).
- Otherwise, must be in one of the following formats:
